Welcome to Jaipur Cultural Walk, a locally run travel business founded in 2014 by Kumar, a Pink City local dedicated to keeping Jaipur’s traditional crafts alive. By connecting travellers directly with skilled artisans, we celebrate generations of craftsmanship, support local livelihoods and create opportunities for traditional skills to flourish and inspire the next generation.

These Terms & Conditions explain the conditions under which we provide our private artisan experiences, Jaipur city experiences and related travel services. By confirming a booking with Jaipur Cultural Walk, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. About Jaipur Cultural Walk

Jaipur Cultural Walk is a locally run travel business based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. We specialise in private cultural experiences, artisan visits, craft exploration and personalised Jaipur city tours.

In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Jaipur Cultural Walk and the business operator identified in your booking confirmation. “You” and “your” refer to the person making a booking and all travellers included in that booking.

2. Enquiries and Bookings

All experiences are subject to availability and confirmation.

To enquire or make a booking, please provide your preferred date, number of guests, experience type and any special requests. We recommend booking in advance, although last-minute enquiries may be considered subject to availability.

A booking is confirmed only when we have accepted your arrangements and communicated confirmation to you. Any specific inclusions, timings, prices or conditions stated in your booking confirmation form part of your booking agreement.

Please check your confirmation carefully and contact us promptly if any details are incorrect.

3. Prices and Group Size

Prices are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Our published experience prices are generally charged per private group, not per person, for the group size specified on the relevant experience page.

The applicable price depends on the selected experience, duration, group size and agreed arrangements. Any additional service or expense not expressly listed as included will be communicated separately where applicable.

Entrance tickets, meals, personal purchases and other exclusions stated on the relevant experience page are not included in the tour price unless expressly confirmed in writing.

4. Payments

Available payment methods may include bank transfer, PayPal and Wise, as communicated during the booking process.

Payment instructions, any advance payment requirements and the payment deadline will be provided when your booking is arranged. Your booking is subject to the payment conditions communicated to you.

Any transaction fees, currency conversion charges or charges imposed by payment providers should be checked before payment. Please retain your payment confirmation for your records.

5. Changes to Your Itinerary

Our private experiences are designed around your interests and preferences. Where reasonably possible, you may request changes to the itinerary, pace or order of visits.

All changes remain subject to the time available, traffic, opening hours, access restrictions, artisan availability and other practical considerations. Significant changes that affect the duration, transport or agreed services may involve an additional charge, which will be discussed with you in advance.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your requests but cannot guarantee access to every requested location, workshop, artisan or attraction.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our standard cancellation policy for directly booked experiences is as follows:

• 72 hours or more before the experience: 100% refund.

• Between 12 and 72 hours before the experience: 50% refund.

• Less than 12 hours before the experience: No refund under the standard policy.

Cancellation notice should be sent to us in writing by email or WhatsApp. The applicable notice period will be calculated against the scheduled start time of your experience.

Please note that bookings made through third-party platforms, including Tripadvisor or other booking partners, may be subject to additional or different cancellation procedures and terms. Where applicable, the conditions communicated by the booking platform will also apply.

If we need to cancel an experience, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and discuss an appropriate alternative date or refund for the affected service.

Refunds will be processed through the original or mutually agreed payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.

7. Complimentary Airport Transfers

Complimentary pickup from and drop-off at Jaipur International Airport are included with our eligible Premium Full-Day Artisan Experience and Premium Full-Day Jaipur City Experience, subject to the offer and arrangements confirmed at the time of booking.

Airport transfers are intended for the same day as the booked full-day experience. Please share your flight details and expected arrival or departure times in advance so that the arrangements can be coordinated.

Airport transfers are not automatically included with half-day experiences or on separate travel dates unless expressly agreed in writing.

Any changes to flight schedules, late arrivals or other circumstances that affect the arrangements should be communicated to us as soon as possible. Transfer arrangements remain subject to the agreed schedule and practical availability.

8. Transport and Local Experiences

Where included in your booking, transport is arranged using a private air-conditioned vehicle appropriate for the agreed group size, with a driver.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that transport and other arrangements proceed smoothly. However, traffic congestion, road closures, weather, vehicle issues, government restrictions and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect timings or the itinerary.

Artisan workshops and specialist shops are working environments. Visits, demonstrations and opportunities to meet individual craftspeople depend on their availability and willingness to receive visitors.

9. Artisan Visits and Purchases

Our artisan experiences are designed to introduce you to Jaipur’s crafts, makers, traditions and specialist shops. There is no obligation to purchase anything during an experience.

If you decide to buy a product, the purchase is generally a separate transaction between you and the seller. Product descriptions, materials, workmanship, prices, delivery arrangements, warranties and return or exchange policies should be confirmed directly with the seller before payment.

We can offer local knowledge and assistance in understanding crafts and asking relevant questions. However, unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not act as a manufacturer, independent laboratory, certifying authority or guarantor of any product’s authenticity, quality, value or investment potential.

For gemstones, jewellery, carpets, textiles, artwork and other valuable purchases, we recommend obtaining appropriate written documentation, invoices, certifications or independent assessments where relevant.

Shipping, insurance, customs duties, import restrictions and delivery times are the responsibility of the parties arranging the purchase and shipment, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

10. Traveller Responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for providing accurate booking details, arriving at the agreed pickup point on time and informing us of any special requirements that may affect the experience.

Please follow reasonable instructions from your guide, driver, artisans and attraction staff. Respect local customs, private property, workshop safety requirements and the personal boundaries of the people you meet.

Photography or recording inside private homes, workshops or other restricted spaces should only take place with permission.

Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings, passports, valuables and purchases throughout the experience.

11. Safety, Delays and Circumstances Beyond Our Control

We take reasonable care when arranging our experiences. Nevertheless, travel involves circumstances that cannot always be predicted or controlled, including traffic, weather conditions, public events, closures, strikes, government restrictions and supplier-related disruptions.

If such circumstances affect your experience, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with you and consider practical alternatives. Changes to the itinerary may be necessary for safety, access or operational reasons.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Third-Party Services

Certain services may be provided by independent businesses or third parties, including drivers, transport providers, artisans, shops, restaurants, attractions and booking platforms.

Where a service is provided by a third party, its own applicable terms and conditions may also apply. We will make reasonable efforts to coordinate agreed arrangements, but we cannot guarantee the independent actions, products or services of third parties.

This section does not remove any responsibility that we may have under applicable law for services we provide or arrangements for which we are legally responsible.

13. Website Content and Intellectual Property

The text, photographs, branding, graphics and other original materials published on this website are intended for personal, informational and promotional use.

Unless otherwise stated, these materials may not be copied, reproduced, republished or commercially used without prior permission from the relevant rights holder.

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. Experience details, prices, availability and other information may change, but any confirmed booking will remain subject to its agreed terms and applicable law.

14. Privacy

We use the information you provide to respond to enquiries, arrange bookings, coordinate travel services and communicate with you about your experience.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details about how personal information is handled. We ask that you share only the information reasonably needed to arrange your booking and any associated transfers.

15. Complaints and Communication

If you experience a problem during your booking or experience, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we have an opportunity to understand the issue and try to resolve it.

16. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts or authorities having jurisdiction under applicable Indian law.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising any statutory right or remedy available under applicable law.

17. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, booking procedures or legal requirements. The latest version will be published on this website with its revision date.

The terms communicated and accepted for an existing confirmed booking will continue to apply to that booking, subject to applicable law and any agreed changes.
